Altimetrik elevates DE&I with WINGS initiative: A milestone report

Altimetrik’s commitment to diversity and inclusion is exemplified through its Women’s Initiative for Networking Growth and Success (WINGS), launched on International Women’s Day 2021. With a focus on increasing the representation of women in its workforce, WINGS has achieved significant milestones, including hiring over 550 women in 2023, increasing the women-to-men ratio to 27%. Initiatives like the REBOUND back-to-work program, learning and inspire series, and focus group connect have empowered women in their professional journeys. In 2023, Altimetrik introduced five new initiatives under WINGS, attracting over 1300 participants globally, aimed at further empowering women and providing opportunities for professional growth.
